No Doubt

No doubt is an American rock band from California and formed in 1986. The group is composed of Gwen Stefani, the vocalist, Tom Dumont, the guitarist and the keyboardist, Tony Kanal, the bassist and Adrian Young, the drummer. The group's second album "Return of Saturn", despite the Top 40 Hit single "Simple Kind of Life"; did not match the success of their previous but received critical praise and was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 43rd Grammy Awards !

I really love this band even if it is not well known. I think they produce a great songs. Moreover, I love rock  and I love the voice of the singer, Gwen Stefani. Given that I play the guitar, I love playing  songs of this band, it's a real pleasure and we never tire of their music.
Their music is about love or friendship and we can easily identify with the words they use.

My favorite songs are "Don't speak" and "Bathwater" : 

Beautiful Creatures

"Beautiful Creatures" is a movie adapted of the book 16 Lunes. It is a love story between two teenagers but the girl is very strange and she hides a secret. Her family is also strange because they are not human, they are different creatures with different powers.

At the age of sixteen, those creatures are chosen by the good or evil. The strange girl and the principal character called Lena is afraid to be chosen by  evil. However, her fate, her family (who is often chosen by evil) and a prophecy will do that Lena is predestined to evil but she will find a solution to be chosen by good. This solution is very hard because she must kill one person that she loves.

I really loved this movie because I was surprised to discover that the movie doesn't look like Twilight movie.
The movie is very interesting because it's uses many special effects and the spectator can be surprised easily.
I look forward the next movie of this saga hoping not to be disappointed !

One Tree Hill

"One Tree Hill" is a American TV series. This TV series is about the life of students at university. They have a lot of adventures, particularly love stories, with two principal characters, Lucas and Nathan Scott. (on the center to the pictures).

In this series, at the end of each episode, we can conlude a moral because each episode finished with a off voice of one character in the serie, and this character conclude episode with texts or cotations which aim to  move the spectator. At the end of episodes, the spectator is confronted with suspense, and he waiting a new episode with impatience !

I also read the book "The Beginning" which explain the beginning of the life of each character. It was very interesting and we can understanding the series. I really like this series because I think that the characters are endearing. Moreover, the stories of each character look like everyday life  stories and the spectator can easily identify with the characters.

I have two favorites characters, Brook and Peyton. I like Brook because she is very funny and very nice with her bests friends Haley and Peyton. I like Peyton because she is an character very endearing and we can easily identify with a life of her character.

The last "Twilight" Breaking Dawn

"Breaking Dawn" is the last movie of the saga Twilight. It was adapted of the book Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer.

It is a story of vampire, and a love story between Bella, a human, and Edward, a vampire. They have various adventures, and this movie close the story of Twilight. Moreover, in this saga, werewolves also exist, so there is a lot of actions in this saga, and many special effects who are impressive.

In this last movie, Bella is married to Edward, and she has one child. Her name is Renesmée, she is half-human, and half-vampire, so it is very difficult for her parents because they will see Renesmée dead before them. Bella became a vampire so as Edward, she is immortal, but Renesmée is not. This gives a emotion in the movie for the spectators.

I really like this movie, because it is original, fantastic, and magic. It was a pleasure for me to follow this saga, because I love fantastic stories, particularly with vampires and werewolves. I have also read the books by Stephenie Meyer. They are also good, because in her books, a lot of details are given to readers, and, if you not read a book, you can't understand some situations in the movies. What a shame!
